This was a unique challenge for us! One of our clients requested a Honey Cake for Rosh Hashanah, but it had to be completely gluten-free because her daughter has Celiac. After a bit of research (and some yummy test batches) this was the final result! The cake has a delicate honey glaze and fresh, edible flowers on top.
