Carefree Cakery started as a home bakery back in 2012. Over the past decade, Alysia and her team have worked in a variety of different bakery settings to refine their craft and prepare for the storefront launch in May of 2023. The images found here are examples of their work from different bakeries. Most are Alysia's cakes from her time at Koffee Kup Bakery in Chicopee MA, used with permission from the owner, Dino Facente.
